The above cover was made by the Cambodia Stamps author for his own, private collection, with the assistance of the staff of the Philately Department of the Central Post Office (CPO) in Phnom Penh. No FDC for this issue was officially released by the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
Below is a fake FDC sold on the Delcampe.net online auction website; this item is not an official cover issued by the Cambodian postal administration.
Another example of efforts to sell fake FDC's can be seen below with all the stamps from this issue now shown on one envelope; no such FDC was ever issued by the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications in Cambodia.
