The 'RP2' on the postmark is the designation of the Philately Section at the Central Post Office in Phnom Penh and is never used for officially issued FDC's by Cambodia.
No FDC for this issue was officially released by the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
