October 31, 2001: 80th Birthday Anniversary of King Norodom Sihanouk
The image on the bottom, left of each envelope has been added. The Cambodian postal authorities did issue envelopes with this special postmark but without any image at the bottom, left - hence, such fakes are easy to spot!
The 'RP2' on the postmark is the designation of the Philately Section at the Central Post Office in Phnom Penh and is never used for officially issued FDC's by Cambodia.
