The fake covers - above and below - are clearly different from those issued by the Cambodian postal authories at the bottom of this page. Again, the 'RP2' in the postmark gives the game away as the Cambodian postal authorities never use such a postmark for official FDC's.
Two (2) forms of FDC were actually issued by the MPTC, as shown below:
The above official FDC is the one most commonly available as issued by the MPTC in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
The second official version of the FDC, below, is part of a series issued by a range of countries to commemorate the life of Diana, Princess of Wales, following her death in 1997.
